Andy and Sang couldn’t be more different. Sang and her entire family is from China and Andy is an all American cop. Andy has an easy going demeanor while Sang’s body language tends to read more serious. However, after two engagement sessions (one mini session at the park and one in traditional Chinese garments). It was pretty easy to understand why these two are together. They say opposites attract and let’s just say these two were like magnets around one another.
Their wedding was truly a beautiful DIY family effort. They rented a gorgeous private residence with a huge lawn where they set up for the ceremony. Everything was decorated by their family members, additionally they made all of the food and set it all up at the house for happy hour. Their gorgeous sunny ceremony ended with GLITTER AND CONFETTI which is my fav!
After refreshments everyone drove over to Chopstix Gourmet for a reception filled with ALL OF THE FOOD. (If you live in my neck of the woods in Maryland, I truly suggest you go here for DIM SUM it’s such an experience). This reception was one I’ll never forget with so many fun traditions combined, a real Baby Shark moment and two cultures and families coming together to celebrate love.
